Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full MEP/FP/FA engineering services for a fast-track project for Metamagnetics new office and laboratory location in Marlborough, MA. The project consists of a new laboratory space for their research/development department in addition to renovations to adjacent office areas. The project required coordination between Timberline Construction, Fitzemeyer & Tocci and the Owner (Metamagnetics), in order to produce an early-procurement package in order to meet the aggressive schedule. A new electrical service to the building was also required, which took close coordination with the utility. Design included SCIF construction.
