Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full MEP/FP engineering services for a new, state-of-the-art 90,000 square-foot high-tech manufacturing facility located on the Milford, NH campus. The facility supports advanced manufacturing operations for the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries, with high-bay spaces designed for precision casting processes.

The project was delivered in multiple phases, beginning with a core and shell infrastructure package that included a large process chilled water system to support future manufacturing operations. Subsequent phases involved the fit-out of laboratories and integration of specialty equipment tailored to the client’s technical and production needs.

F&T’s engineering design emphasized flexibility, performance, and scalability to accommodate evolving manufacturing technologies. The project was recognized with a 2021 Bronze Engineering Excellence Award by ACEC/MA for its technical innovation and contribution to advanced manufacturing.
