Christian Armata, LEED AP, Vice President of Construction Management
Christian recently joined F&T’s Client Service Group Vice President of Construction Management. He brings over 20 years of experience in construction project management. Christian attended Westfield State University and Suffolk University. He is a certified Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and USGBC LEED Accredited Professional. In his new role at F&T, Christian will manage construction portfolios from initial client contact through project completion and is responsible for leading F&T’s construction management services to successfully execute client and project goals.
Fun Fact: I enjoy working with my tools when I can and spending time with my wife, daughter, and dogs.
Olivia Adley, HR & Marketing Assistant
Olivia recently joined F&T’s marketing and HR team as HR & Marketing Assistant. She is a 2022 graduate of University of Massachusetts Lowell with a bachelor’s in business administration, with a concentration in marketing and a minor in digital media. In her new role, Olivia supports effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resources and marketing departments.

Trevor Doolan, Mechanical Designer
Trevor Doolan rejoined F&T as mechanical designer. He recently graduated from University of Rhode Island College of Engineering with his BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Spanish. Trevor has completed an F&T co-op in the past and we are thrilled that he will be working for us full-time as part of the mechanical team. In his new role at F&T, he will provide mechanical engineering design for many projects across the healthcare, academic, and science & technology sectors.

Alexander Wood, Mechanical Design Engineer I.
Alexander Wood recently joined F&T as Mechanical Design Engineer. He is a 2021 graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology where he earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Manufacturing. In his new role at F&T, he will provide mechanical engineering design for many projects across the healthcare, academic, and science & technology sectors.
Fun Fact: If I could choose any superpower, it would be teleportation. The ability to instantly travel to any location. We can debate the extent of the power but regardless, no more sitting in traffic or enduring long flights. Also, making spontaneous adventures and quick getaways a breeze!
Rimoun Fakhory, Electrical Project Engineer I
Rimoun Fakhory recently joined F&T as Electrical Project Engineer. Rimoun is a graduate of Merrimack College where he received both his master’s and bachelor’s in electrical engineering in 2021. Rimoun has a strong knowledge of practical application of electrical engineering and technology and is experienced with design techniques, tools, and modeling. In his new role at F&T, he will provide electrical engineering design for many projects across the healthcare, academic, and science & technology sectors.

Steven Nickerson, Electrical Design Engineer
Steven Nickerson recently joined F&T as an Electrical Design Engineer. Steven is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology where he received his bachelor’s in electrical engineering in 2021. Steven joins us from a local engineering firm where he provided electrical design for healthcare, commercial, education, and public work. In his new role at F&T, he will provide electrical engineering design for many projects across the healthcare, academic, and science & technology sectors.
Fun Fact: I enjoy playing basketball, listening to music, and spending time with friends, family and my dog.
