F&T recently partnered with Lavallee Brensinger Architects and Bowdoin Construction for design and commissioning services to convert a retail shell space into a 16,800 sf ReadyMED Plus Urgent Care facility for Reliant Medical Group. The project included new pediatric and adult exam rooms, infusion bays, lab space, CT imaging space, ultrasound and support spaces. The project was able to provide modern amenities in a highly accessible location to increase the availability of nearby healthcare facilities in the area.
