Q&A
What inspired you to join our team, and what has been your journey so far?
I was drawn to F&Ts reputation for innovative design as well as the support they have for Wentworth and the Co-Op program as a fellow alumnus. Since joining, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects as an engineer. Throughout that journey, I realized I was increasingly drawn to the bigger picture—understanding client needs, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring successful project delivery. This interest led me to transition into project management, where I now oversee projects and work closely with clients to ensure their visions are realized.
What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job?
Working in the engineering consulting field allows us to oversee projects from concept to completion, which is incredibly rewarding. I especially love that our work has a meaningful impact on everyday lives through our projects with healthcare and academic clients.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? (hiking, biking, reading, cooking, sports, volunteer work, etc.)
I enjoy travelling as much as I can to see the world. I’ve been to Australia, New Zealand, and a handful of European and Asian countries.
