F&T completed Construction Administration Services for the Boiler Replacement Project at North Quincy High School. The project replaced existing boilers, pumps, and piping used for heat throughout the building, as well as removing aging domestic hot water heaters with conventional boilers. New condensing and conventional boilers support both heating and domestic hot water uses and work in concert with the new chilled water piping and bypass with the existing two-pipe changeover system. Electrical and Plumbing aspects supported the new heating and hot water system.
