Metamagnetics, New Office & Laboratory

F&T recently provided full MEP/FP/FA engineering services for a fast-track project for Metamagnetics’ new office and laboratory location in Marlborough, MA. The project consists of a new laboratory space for their R&D and renovations to adjacent office areas. We worked closely with the great team at MetaMagnetics, Timberline Construction and AHP Architects to produce an early-procurement package to meet the accelerated schedule. The project was completed earlier this year.
