The DCAMM Certified Study has been accepted and the design portion of the repairs to the Framingham State University Campus Power Plant and Tunnel is green lit. Investigation has begun for the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design in support of Structural and Civil repairs. The F&T scope includes repair to MEP/FP systems but includes resiliency consideration for continued use of campus wide utilities while repairs are being implemented. As the Owner’s Engineer, F&T frequently helps keep utilities uninterrupted while necessary work is completed.
