Olivia serves as the Marketing & HR Coordinator, playing a crucial role in supporting the human resources, marketing, and office management functions at F&T. She assists with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth HR operations. On the marketing side, Olivia contributes to campaign execution, social media management, event coordination, and branding efforts, helping maintain a strong company presence. Additionally, she oversees various office management responsibilities. With a strong organizational skill set and a proactive approach, Olivia ensures seamless day-to-day operations, supporting both internal teams and external brand positioning.

What are some of the most rewarding aspects of your job?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is planning internal events. Whether it takes months of preparation or just a few days, it's incredibly fulfilling to see my colleagues enjoying our various events and outings. Everyone at F&T works hard, and it's very rewarding to witness them having a great time at the events we organize.

Can you tell us about a project or accomplishment you're particularly proud of?

One project I am particularly proud of is my work on managing our social media accounts and enhancing our website. Social media plays a crucial role in showcasing our company culture and the exceptional work we do. Crafting engaging posts that highlight these elements and attract new viewers to interact with our company has been incredibly rewarding.

Additionally, I have taken on a significant role in our Co-op program since I joined. It has been fulfilling to see how sharing posts about our co-ops has successfully drawn in more candidates from a diverse range of schools. This accomplishment not only highlights my dedication but also demonstrates the positive impact of effectively using social media to achieve our company's goals.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I lead an active lifestyle! My passions include working out, walking, running, and participating in various fitness classes. Right now, I'm training for my first half marathon, which will be in Newburyport this June!
