F&T was thrilled to welcome our 2025 Spring Co-Ops! Our program is designed to introduce students to the MEP/FP consulting industry, providing them with valuable insights and hands-on experience. Throughout their time with us, our co-ops were immersed in real-world projects, allowing them to gain practical knowledge and skills that will be invaluable in their post-graduate careers.
Our co-ops tackled various challenges, working closely with our experienced team members. They had the opportunity to learn about different aspects of our industry, from project management to technical design, and everything in between. This experience not only helped them understand the intricacies of our field but also prepared them for future employment.
We are proud of the progress and contributions our co-ops made during their time at F&T. Their hard work and dedication have been inspiring, and we look forward to seeing their continued success in the industry.
