F&T was thrilled to welcome our 2024 Fall Co-Ops! Our program is designed to introduce students to the MEP/FP consulting industry, providing them with valuable insights and hands-on experience. Throughout their time with us, our co-ops were immersed in real-world projects, allowing them to gain practical knowledge and skills that will be invaluable in their post-graduate careers.
Our co-ops tackled various challenges, working closely with our experienced team members. They had the opportunity to learn about different aspects of our industry, from project management to technical design, and everything in between. This experience not only helped them understand the intricacies of our field but also prepared them for future employment.
We are proud of the progress and contributions our co-ops made during their time at F&T. Their hard work and dedication have been truly inspiring, and we look forward to seeing their continued success in the industry.

Zach McKee- Electrical Co-Op
Zach is an Electromechanical Engineering student at Wentworth Institute of Technology expected to graduate with the class of 2025. Zach was inspired to become an engineer because of the potential it offers for solving complex problems, fostering collaboration, and integrating a human-centered approach into the design of our world. In his free time Zach enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, being in nature, and seeing new places.
Rodolfo Pilade- Mechanical Co-Op
Rodolfo is a Mechanical Engineering Student at Wentworth Institute of Technology expected to graduate with the class of 2025. From a young age, Rodolfo was always curious about how the things we take for granted work. This curiosity grew through favorite classes in school, particularly math and physics, which led to the realization that engineering was the best path to take. Rodolfo fell in love with mechanical engineering because of its complex simplicity, believing that mechanical engineers design and produce elements that are hidden in plain view but essential in our daily lives. This idea was persuasive, and Rodolfo couldn't be happier being part of a community of problem solvers that shape our modern environment. In his free time Rodolfo loves to read, travel, run, play soccer, play the guitar, and spend time with his friends and family.
Ryan Abbotoni- PM Co-Op
