Brown University renovated its historic Stephen Robert Campus Center, overhauling existing systems while ensuring the building’ s historic integrity. The project included new glazed walls and a two-level accessible entrance to bring new light and views into the center of the complex. The project earned a LEED Gold certification, surpassing the goal of a LEED Silver rating.

Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided MEP engineering services for this renovation and developed modern and efficient systems for this historic structure.
