Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems for Massachusetts General Hospital’s new 122,000 sf ambulatory care and 78, 000 sf outpatient facilities. The goal of the project was to provide cost-effective HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems for the healthcare campus based upon a combination of a state-of-the art surgical and cancer care center and a retail model of outpatient healthcare facilities.
