F&T provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low voltage engineering design and construction administration for the construction of a new 60,000 square foot Community Care Center for the Veteran’s Administration in West Haven, CT.  The project included include primary care exam, treatment, mental health, tele-medicine, wellness, community assembly and dining, and associated administrative, waiting and support spaces.  The building was designed and procured under the Veteran’s Administration’s developer design, build, and operate lease-back program.
