Our team provided full building commissioning services for the new construction of an elementary school in Gloucester. Commissioning included design, construction and post-occupancy phase review of the following systems: building envelope, roofing, boilers, air handling units, exahust fans, induction units, unitary heating equipment, split air conditoning units, building automation, emergency power, plumbing, voice, data and video, life safety and access controls. The project recevied LEED Gold Certification under LEED for Schools v3.
