Hear from past co-op's who joined our team full time!
RYAN MOYNIHAN,
MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Previously Mechanical Engineering Co-Op
During my co-op, I had the
opportunity to work under a great leadership team that was willing to teach me how to apply engineering principals I learned in class and train me in software skills that are not part of a
standard curriculum. My co-op experience led to full-time employment right after graduation where I was ready to contribute right away and be a productive
member of the F&T team.
ERICA NORQUIST,
MECHANICAL DESIGNER

Previously Mechanical Engineering Co-Op
What drew me to choosing this co-op position was that every day is different and brings opportunity to learn something new. After being introduced to the MEP industry through mentorship from some talented engineers, I took great interest in the field and found a home at F&T.
JONATHAN WEAVER

Joining F&T Full Time after graduation

I enjoyed my co-op because the people I worked with were easy to ask questions to and willing to explain concepts in depth, which helped me learn a lot of information in a small amount of time.
