Human Resources Manager
Since coming to F&T in 2014, Meg has been leading Human Resources and recruitment efforts as the Human Resources Manager/Sr. Associate. As a generalist, Meg manages all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruitment, and culture development. Meg’s ability to strengthen the link between people and strategy, as well as manage, motivate and retain talent, is invaluable as F&T continues to develop human resources services and the administrative infrastructure necessary to support the long-term success of the firm. Meg received her BA in English/Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire and has been practicing Human Resources for 9 years.
As IT Director, Dan oversees the technology development of our firm and seeks productive and efficient methods for Engineering and Design. He is a highly talented and experienced Design Technology manager,with extensive experience in software development platforms as well as a natural ability to blend software with current technology to implement creative and innovative solutions to maximize efficiency at our firm. Dan has an AS in CAD technology from Middlesex College, and has also attended AutoDesk University and Midwest University for courses.
Business Development Coordinator
As Business Development Coordinator, Cheryl maintains all systems and tools used to promote overall sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness. She has over 20 years of sales and business development experience, and plays a key role in building and maintaining client and business relationships. She creates persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing material, and works closely with office staff to support all crucial day to day efforts. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Plymouth State University.
As marketing coordinator, Ariana generates creative marketing material that aligns directly with the quality of our services and strength of our brand. She champions the critical marketing tasks such as CRM management, proposal tracking, collateral design, public relations, social media, industry research, event coordination, and on-boarding processes. Ariana’s role is crucial in the day to day operations of office procedures to ensure smooth workflow. She received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently working towards her BS in Digital Marketing.
