The Windham Golden Brook Elementary School included a new addition and large renovation to accommodate the growing student population expected in the coming years in Windham, New Hampshire. Working closely with Banwell Architects and the Construction Manager, DEW, a phased design was provided to ensure the school could maintain occupancy during a 2½-year construction period. This exciting project had the new addition (Phase 1) open for students in 2018 and the renovation, completion (Phase 2) is slated for the start of the 2019 school year.
