As part of MCPHS University’s continued expansion in Manchester, the Davidson Building was acquired and fully renovated to create a modern academic environment designed for collaborative, hands-on learning. The 12,000 square-foot facility now features advanced classrooms, lab spaces, group study areas, and conference rooms—supporting the University’s mission to deliver high-quality, health sciences education.
Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for the renovation. Our team designed completely new MEP/FP systems to meet the performance, efficiency, and safety standards of a modern academic setting. These systems were integrated seamlessly into the renovated structure to support both day-to-day operations and long-term campus growth.
Through strategic planning and engineering innovation, Fitzemeyer & Tocci helped transform the Davidson Building into a dynamic educational space that enhances student learning and supports the evolving needs of MCPHS’s Manchester campus.
