Fitzemeyer & Tocci provided engineering and construction administration services for critical HVAC upgrades at the O'Neill Library on the Chestnut Hill campus.

As part of the project, the chilled water piping system was streamlined and reconfigured to enhance efficiency and provide system redundancy, ensuring reliable climate control throughout the facility. Additionally, an air handling unit (AHU) was upgraded to improve overall air quality and energy performance.

These enhancements support a more comfortable and sustainable environment for students, faculty, and visitors, reinforcing the library’s role as a vital academic resource.
